Measuring & Moving with Terrain

Carnevale is a game that uses a lot of terrain. The crowded streets and canals of Venice make for exciting games running and fighting in tight areas. However, a lot of terrain comes with its drawbacks. Line of Sight and distances aren't always easy to measure, and various little objects can often get in the tway. In these situations a laser pointer can be useful, drawing ling of sight directly between two characters.

When playing Carnevale, players should ignore all terrain up to 1" high for the purposes of measuring, judging Line of Sight, and moving. It's assumed that all characters are able to vault over small objects like boxes and fences without problem.
